# Kelola Inventori

# Log Inventori

1. Masuk **Inventori → Log Inventori**
2. Gunakan filter (Toko / Tanggal / Cari barang) jika perlu
3. Lihat detail:
    
    
    - Tanggal
    - Karyawan
    - Barang
    - Alasan (Edit Item / Sold)
    - Penyesuaian stok (+ / -)
    - Stok setelah perubahan

Digunakan untuk memantau perubahan stok dan audit aktivitas karyawan.

# Valuasi Inventory

1. Masuk **Inventori → Valuasi Inventory**
2. Pilih toko (jika lebih dari satu)
3. Lihat ringkasan di atas:
    
    
    - Total Nilai Inventory
    - Total Nilai Retail
    - Potensi Keuntungan
    - Margin
4. Lihat detail per barang:
    
    
    - Stok
    - Harga
    - Biaya
    - Nilai inventory
    - Potensi keuntungan

Digunakan untuk mengetahui nilai modal tertanam dan estimasi profit dari stok yang ada.

# Penyesuaian Stok (Stock Adjustment)

**Proses Tambah Penyesuaian Stok**

1. Masuk **Inventori → Penyesuaian Stok**
2. Klik tombol **(+)**
3. Isi **Catatan** (opsional)
4. Pilih **Alasan** (Incoming / Hilang / Rusak / dll)
5. Pilih **Toko**
6. Pada bagian **Daftar Barang**, pilih barang
7. Isi jumlah pada kolom **Tambah Stok**
8. Cek otomatis **Stok Setelah**
9. Klik **Simpan**

Penyesuaian stok berhasil dicatat.

# Verifikasi Stok

1. Masuk **Inventori → Verifikasi Stok**
2. Klik tombol **(+)**
3. Isi **Catatan** (opsional)
4. Pilih **Toko**
5. Pilih **Tipe Verifikasi** (Sebagian / Semua)
6. Pada **Daftar Barang**, pilih barang yang akan diverifikasi
7. Sesuaikan stok jika ada selisih
8. Klik **Simpan**

Verifikasi stok berhasil dicatat.

# Transfer Stok

1. Masuk **Inventori → Transfer Stok**
2. Klik tombol **(+)**
3. Pilih **Dari Toko** (toko sumber)
4. Pilih **Ke Toko** (toko tujuan)
5. Isi **Catatan** (opsional)
6. Pada **Daftar Barang**, pilih barang
7. Isi jumlah pada kolom **Jumlah**
8. Klik **Create** atau **Create & Receive**

Transfer stok berhasil dibuat.

1. Masuk **Inventori → Supplier**
2. Klik tombol **(+)**
3. Isi **Nama Supplier**
4. Isi alamat (opsional)
5. Isi **Email** dan **Telepon**
6. Tambahkan catatan atau website jika perlu
7. Klik **Simpan**

Supplier berhasil ditambahkan dan siap digunakan saat input pembelian atau stok masuk.

1. Masuk **Inventori → Biaya Beban Lainnya**
2. Klik tombol **(+)**
3. Pilih **Toko**
4. Isi **Catatan / Deskripsi**
5. Isi **Nominal biaya**
6. Pilih **Durasi** (One Day / Bulanan / dll)
7. Pastikan status **Aktif**
8. Klik **Simpan**

Biaya operasional berhasil dicatat dan akan masuk ke perhitungan laporan.
